- Overall management of the research plan for the international division of HSBC, ensuring research projects were implemented efficiently while the research budget was managed in line with business expectations.

- Developed and executed the market research for Expat Explorer 2009, the worlds’ largest survey of expatriates, working closely with internal colleagues and external agencies to analyse and deliver the results.
